Agi Glownia

Agi was our 2000 perpetual winner who was diagnosed with A.L.L. leukemia in 1991 when she was 11 years old and went thru 3 years of treatment. She graduated from UCSD with a BA degree in general biology in 2002.

She is living in Encinitas, working at a local biotech company as a lab manager, and getting her master?s degree in business administration at Cal State San Marcos.

This summer she volunteered for a week at Camp Reach for the Sky in Julian (facilitated by the American Cancer Society), took a trip up the California coast and visited the Grand Canyon.

We also thank her for her time spent on the Cancer for College golf tournament committee helping plan and exicute the organizations largest fundraiser!
